Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your services at any time. You will only pay the difference in price if you are upgrading. To change your plan, go to your account then select the subscriptions section. You website must meet the requirements for your LaunchPlan. If your website does not meet the requirements of the new LaunchPlan (number of pages or products exceeded) you must contact us before downgrading to remove the extra pages or products. For upgrades we will contact you for more information after your plan is changed.

You can cancel your LaunchPlan and/or other recurring services by visiting your account profile.

To make your new website we will need:

  • Brief Business Summary (Name, Industry Specialties, etc.)
  • Number of pages needed
  • Images or Videos
  • Choose your LaunchPad and optionally add notes about the design

We will contact you for this information once we process your order.

Yes, during checkout you have the option to enter your current domain and/or request a free domain. To keep your current domain simply let us know what your current domain is and leave the requested domain blank.

All LaunchPlan packages include hosting.

Yes, we offer a discount on annual plans. You can save over 15% by selecting an annual term.

No, there are not any setup fees or hidden costs.

We do not charge any fees, however, your chosen payment processor will charge a small fee for their services.

Yes, any eCommerce website will include SSL for a secure transfer of data.

Yes, our website is secured with SSL and all payments are processed securely by Stripe.

After you complete the checkout process you will be sent to a short design brief. This will give you a chance to give us design requests, upload content, and more. Give as much or as little information as you want and we will take it from there. If we need any additional information we will contact you.

Yes, you can have a blog on your website. We will create an account for you to be able to log in to your website and edit your blog. Once you log in you can create or edit posts.
